Tanks (Spares & Exchanges)

You may return unused propane tanks (new or exchanged) within 30 days of purchase.

Tanks must be full, unopened, and in original condition.

Used tanks or partially emptied tanks cannot be returned under any circumstances due to safety regulations.
Defective Tank

If you receive a tank with:

A faulty valve

A damaged or broken knob

Or a manufacturing defect affecting safe use
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once confirmed, we will issue a free replacement or full refund, including pickup.
We may ask for photos or a short video to confirm the issue and expedite your replacement.
Accessories (Hoses, Gauges, Etc.

Accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Used or visibly worn accessories are not eligible for return.

Restocking &
Pickup Fees
In rare cases where a return is approved outside normal policy (e.g., tank was not actually defective, or customer changed their mind), we may charge a restocking and pickup fee of $5–$25, depending on location and situation.
This helps cover transportation and safety checks before re-shelving the product.
